• Ücreti sehven yatırılıp da başvurusu alınmayan “Açık Öğretim ve Protokol Sınavlarının” ücret iadesi sınav tarihinden sonra veya bir sonraki kayıt yenileme döneminde ilgilinin  T.C.

Bir ilçede bir kademede 10’dan az öğrenci bulunması durumunda il/ilçe milli eğitim müdürlüklerince belirlenecek bir okulda bu kademede uyum sınıfı açılır. Bakanlık tarafından sisteme yüklenen sınav, okullar tarafından indirilerek okula yeni gelen ve Bakanlıkça yapılan Türkçe Yeterlik Sınavına katılamayan öğrencilere uygulanır. Uyum sınıfları iş ve işlemleri e-okul sisteminde yer alan Yabancı Öğrenci Uyum İşlemleri Modülü Kılavuzuna göre yürütülür. Maddesi gereği ücretli öğretmenlere, halk eğitimi merkezlerinde haftada 10 saate kadar ders görevi verilebilmesinin mümkün bulunmadığı değerlendirilmektedir.

"(1) Uzman öğretmen veya başöğretmen unvanına başvuruda bulunacakların öğretmenlik veya uzman öğretmenlik sürelerinin hesabında, adaylık dâhil öğretmen veya uzman öğretmen olarak geçirdikleri hizmet süreleri dikkate alınır. Bu eğitimlerin 180 saati tüm aday öğretmenler için zorunlu olan konulardan, 30 saatlik kısmı ise sunulan konu havuzundan öğretmenin tercihine göre verilecek seçmeli konulardan oluşmaktadır. Adaylık eğitimi, aday öğretmenin uzaktan eğitim yöntemiyle alacağı 210 saatlik eğitimi ifade eder.

Çünkü fonetik olarak seslendirilen heceler ve kelimeler öğrencinin zihninde bir anlam ile birleşmiyorsa okuma gerçekleşmiştir denilemez. Örneğin “T” ve “N” harflerine yazım kolaylığı nedeni ile ilk ses grubunda yer verilmiştir. İlkokul Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı’nda harf gruplarının oluşumunda etkili faktörler “Harf gruplarının oluşturulmasında, kolay sesletim, kullanım sıklığı, yazım kolaylığı, sözcük üretimi, harflerin sesleri ve formları dikkate alınmıştır.” ifadesi ile belirtilmiştir. Bu nedenle öğretim programında doğru kalem tutmayı etkileyen birçok faktör üzerinde durulmuştur. İlk okuma yazma süreci öğretim programında kapsamlı şekilde ele alınmıştır. “Ses Esaslı İlk Okuma Yazma Öğretimi” benimsenen öğretim programında, tırnaksız dik temel harflerle okuma yazma süreci gerçekleştirilir.

Sınavda ek süre verilen ve muafiyeti olan öğrencilerin sınav süresi kaç dakika olacaktır?

Görsel sanatlar ve müzik yetenek alanından aday gösterilen öğrenciler ise illerde kurulan yetenek komisyonları tarafından değerlendirilmektedir. Karekod, kurumun girişinde kolaylıkla görülebilecek bir yerde bulunacaktır. İdari para cezaları ve kurum kapatma cezaları, kurum açma izni ile iş yeri açma ve çalışma ruhsatını vermeye yetkili makam tarafından MEBBİS sistemine işlenecektir. Organize sanayi bölgesi içinde veya dışında açılan mesleki ve teknik Anadolu liselerini denetleme yetkisi bulunanlarca yapılan inceleme/soruşturma/denetimlerde, öğrenci devamına ilişkin biyometrik kimlik doğrulama sistemi veya kameralı görüntüleme sistemi kayıtları incelenecektir. Kurumlardan ayrılan öğrenci/kursiyerlerin ücret iadelerine bir aylık süre sınırı getirilmiştir.

Bu kapsamda öğrencilere yönelik yapılacak harcamalar ile programa katılacak kişilerin masrafları ilgili bakanlık/müşavirlik/ataşelik/kurumca karşılanır. Öğrenimini tamamlayıp yurda dönen ve görev talep eden öğrenciler mezuniyet tarihinden başlayarak en geç 6 ay içerisinde geçmişe dönük yaptıkları masrafların kendilerine ödenmesi için talepte bulunabilirler. Resmî burslu/kısmi burslu öğrencinin öğrenim süresi boyunca katıldığı toplam dört seminer, konferans veya toplantı için ödeme yapılır.

Ücretli veya maaşlı çalışıyor ise muhasebe birimi veya ilgili kişi, kurum ve kuruluşlardan alınacak aylar itibarıyla bir önceki yıla ait on iki aylık toplam gelirini gösteren belge dikkate alınarak gelirin on iki ayı bulmaması hâlinde son aylık geliri esas alınarak on iki ay üzerinden yıllık hesaplanacaktır. 27 Nisan 2025 Pazar günü, Türkiye saati ile saat 10.00’da sınav merkezlerinde tek oturum şeklinde gerçekleştirilecektir. Mesleki ve teknik Anadolu liseleri, çok programlı Anadolu liseleri, güzel sanatlar liseleri ile spor liseleri derslerine ait uygulama kazanımlarının yüz yüze eğitimine 02 Mart 2021 tarihinden itibaren tüm illerimizde başlamıştır. Sınıf konu ve kazanımların yer aldığı yıllık plan/gelişim tablosu referans alınarak bilişsel becerilerin ağırlıklı olduğu konu ve kazanımlar uzaktan eğitim, psikomotor becerilerin ağırlıklı olduğu konu ve kazanımlar ise yüz yüze eğitim kapsamına alınır. Bu dersin yüz yüze ve uzaktan eğitim süresi staj programı içeriği de dikkate alınarak yeniden değerlendirilecektir. KOSGEB ile yapılan protokol kapsamında kendi iş yerini açan mesleki eğitim mezunlarına KOSGEB tarafından 50 bin TL hibe ve 100 bin TL faizsiz kredi verilmektedir. İşbaşı eğitim programına katılan öğrenciler için ücret verilmektedir. Mezunlara diploma ve işyeri açma belgesi, EUROPASS belgesi, Aldığı ve başardığı modülleri, dersleri ve kredileri gösteren belge Usta öğreticilik programını tamamlayanlara ustaöğreticilik belgesi düzenlenmektedir

Türkçe ve Dil Eğitimi Araştırma ve Geliştirme Merkezinin kuruluş amacı nedir?

Görgü kuralları ve nezaket dersi öncelikli olarak Bakanlıkça belirlenen eğitimleri tamamlayarak bu dersle ilgili sertifikası olan öğretmenlerce, sertifikası olan öğretmen bulunmaması hâlinde bütün alan öğretmenleri tarafından okutulabilmektedir. Adabımuaşeret dersi öncelikli olarak Bakanlıkça belirlenen eğitimleri tamamlayarak bu dersle ilgili sertifikası olan öğretmenlerce, sertifikası olan öğretmen bulunmaması hâlinde bütün alan öğretmenleri tarafından okutulabilmektedir.

İlkokullarda sınav yapılacak mı? Çoktan seçmeli soruların yer aldığı test sınavları yapılabilecek mi?

Rize Çayeli ve Aksaray Hizmetiçi Eğitim Enstitülerinde düzenlenen eğitimler, çekirdek eğitmen grubundan seçilen toplam 20 İngilizce öğretmeni tarafından 224 İngilizce öğretmenine verilmiştir. İlgili eğitimlerinin şelale yöntemiyle sahaya yaygınlaştırılması kapsamında, TDE-ARGEM tarafından 10 günlük eğitim seti uyarlanarak 7 günlük eğitim seti oluşturulmuştur. Bu eğitim setinin içeriği İngiltere’den gelen 3 uzman tarafından İngilizce öğretmenlerinden oluşan 25 kişilik çekirdek eğitmen grubuna Eylül 2022 tarihleri arasında Ayvalık Cunda Uygulama Otelinde verilmiştir.

Yurtiçi dil öğreniminde bulunan öğrenciler için Bakanlığımız iki (2) sene erteleme yapabilir. Dil öğrenimine ilişkin esaslar, YLSY Kılavuzları ve 1416 Sayılı Kanun Kapsamında Yabancı Dil Öğrenimine İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar ile belirlenir. Adaylar YLSY Yerleştirme Puanı üstünlüğü ve tercihleri doğrultusunda kurum kontenjanlarına yerleştirilirler. Bu nedenle çifte vatandaşlığı bulunan öğrencilerin tercih yaparken vatandaşı oldukları ülke/ülke gruplarından farklı ülkelerden kontenjan seçmeleri gerekmektedir. Yükseköğrenimi veya kamu görevi sırasında kınama cezasından daha ağır bir disiplin cezası almamış olmak, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın seçtiği alanında başarılı öğretmenler ders anlatım videoları ile konuları casino siteleri anlatıyor.

• Ders kitapları/eğitim araçları ile ilgili olarak alınan görüş, öneri ve tespitlerde yapılan tespit, MEB yayınlarına ait bir tespit ise ilgili Genel Müdürlüğe, özel yayınevine ait bir tespit ise Ders Kitapları ve Öğretim Materyalleri Daire Başkanlığı aracılığıyla ilgili kurum ve kuruluşa iletilmektedir.
• Türkçe, Türk dili ve edebiyatı ve yabancı dil derslerinin sınavları yazılı ve uygulamalı olmak üzere iki aşamada yapılacaktır.
• Bu nedenle ilgili harfler, öğrencilerin okuma ve yazmada karışıklık yaşamamaları ve kalıcı öğrenmeyi sağlamak için farklı ses gruplarında yer almıştır.
• Özel öğretim kurslarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin kurumdan ayrılması durumunda izlenecek yol; Özel Öğretim Kurumları Yönetmeliğinin 56 ncı maddesinin üçüncü fıkrasının (b) bendindeki “Öğrenim ücretini ders saati ücreti olarak belirleyen kurumlarda dönem başlamadan ayrılanlara öğrenim ücretinin yüzde onu dışındaki kısmı iade edilir.
• Ülke, il ve ilçe geneli ortak sınavlar çoktan seçmeli sorulardan oluşabileceği gibi bu sınavlarda açık uçlu sorulara da yer verilebilecektir.
• Ü  Dilekçenin ekinde olması gerekenler; Eğer kursiyerin güncel gizlilik kararı varsa mahkeme kararı olmalıdır.

Ortaöğretim Genel Müdürlüğü bünyesinde oluşturulan komisyonlarda görevli öğretmenler tarafından hazırlanan ve sürekli güncellenen “ogmmateryal.eba.gov.tr” web sitesinde yardımcı kaynaklar ve öğretim materyalleri yer almaktadır. B) Öğrenciler görmediği derslerle gördüğü hâlde haftalık ders saati sayısındaki eksikliğin bir saatten fazla olduğu zorunlu (ortak/alan/dal dersleri) derslerden sorumlu tutulur ve bu derslerden sorumluluk sınav dönemlerinde sınava alınırlar. Öğrenci yeni okulunun haftalık ders çizelgesinde yer almayan önceki okuluna ait sorumlu olduğu derslerden ise muaf tutulur.

Yönetmelik hükmü gereği bu öğretmenlere, dersler başlamadan önce veya ders saatlerinden sonra okul öncesi öğrencilerinin olmadığı katlarda, koridorlarda veya bahçelerde nöbet tutturulması, okulun teneffüs saatlerinde nöbet görevi adı altında sınıflarından dışarıda görev verilmesi mümkün değildir. Ana sınıflarında görev yapan okul öncesi öğretmenlerin ders bitimindeki nöbet görevleri 50’şer dakikalık günlük 6 etkinlik saati derslerinin bitiminden sonra başladığı için bu öğretmenlere, diğer öğrencilerin (ilkokul, ortaokul, lise) son ders bitimi dikkate alınarak ve diğer sınıfların son ders çıkışına kadar bekletilerek nöbet görevi verilemez. Ancak, ilköğretim kurumlarında yaz tatilinde açılacak kulüp faaliyetlerinde günlük iki saati geçmemek üzere eğitim ve öğretimi destekleyici çalışmalara yer verilebilir.” hükmü doğrultusunda belirlenir.

İlkokullarda yazılı sınav saati uygulaması olmadığı için Türkçe dinleme, konuşma ve yazma becerileri için ayrıca uygulama sınavı yapılmayacaktır. Sınıflar dâhil ilkokullarda yazılı sınav saati uygulaması yapılmayacak. İlkokullarda; kısa süreli, hazırbulunuşluk, deneme ve tarama sınavları da dâhil hiçbir ad altında sınav yapılamayacak. Öğretmenler tarafından öğrenciye anında geri bildirim vermek amacıyla ünite/tema ve/veya konu sonlarında ya da kritik kazanımları ölçmek için yapılan sınavlardır. Türkçe, Türk dili ve edebiyatı ve yabancı dil derslerinin sınavları yazılı ve uygulamalı olmak üzere iki aşamada yapılacaktır. Üçüncü sınavın yapılıp yapılmayacağı, yapılacaksa ne zaman yapılacağı il sınıf/alan zümrelerince belirlenecektir.
